From the beginning of this marketing year (July, 2008, - June, 2009) Ukraine exported 1.48 mln tonnes of grain, informed the source from Ministry of Agrarian Policy on July, 28.

Ukraine has active export. The country shipped nearly 80.000 of new crop rape on foreign market. As a reminder, Ministry of Agrarian Policy plans to export 17-18 mln tonnes of grain in 2008/09 MY.

This year Ukraine plans to harvest 42-43 mln tonnes of grain against 29.3 mln tonnes last year.

In 2007/08 MY grain export totaled 4.1 mln tonnes.
